As a Commercial client, we make three NBC Commitments to you:
1. With our tender, you’ll be provided with contact details of a previous client, to have a full and frank discussion about their experience. So you’ll enter into a contract with us with clarity and confidence.
2. You will enter into a fixed price construction contract with us and we will provide detailed cost plans. This means you will be fully aware of what you are purchasing from the outset, with value engineering opportunities addressed in full to ensure the final cost is correct.
3. We will use our assured supply chain and team to ensure the project runs smoothly. If you ever have any concerns, your appointed project manager will always be available to aid and assist, and can be onsite within 24 hours to discuss any matters.
We don’t believe you’ll find the same commitments from another commercial construction company in Surrey.
