1. With your quote, you’ll be provided with contact details of a previous customer, to have a full and frank discussion about their experience. So you’ll enter into a contract with us with clarity and confidence.
2. We will be 100% transparent about costs. Our tenders are fully itemised so you will know exactly how much every line item costs, and therefore never have any uncertainty.
3. If you ever have any concerns, we will make ourselves available to meet you face-to-face, on site, within 24 hours to discuss matters and resolve them. So you’ll never be left uncertain or concerned.
