Design and Build
In our Design and Build service, we use a seamless approach for your entire project.
Unlike other builders in Surrey, we have an in-house architect. Only by working closely with our Surrey architect can we provide early cost consulting and give you an estimation of costs while we are still in the pre-planning stage. So, if required, we are able to work with you to make changes to your plans to meet your budget before you have even applied for planning permission. This saves you time and money, and makes the whole process smoother for you.
We start by engaging our Surrey architects and designers to discuss your needs with you, moving onto visualising your plans. Once your plans have been agreed and approved, we seamlessly move onto the build stage. This enables our talented builders to bring those designs to life. Our process remains consistent throughout, with transparent communication and honest conversations. Our architects and builders work together for you, to design and build your home extension exactly to your requirements.
Build
With our Build option, we take your existing architect’s plans and make them a reality.
We are very happy to work with existing plans and can work closely with your architect. We will seek to understand your original brief and then bring your dreams to life.
Our process here ensures we seamlessly pick up from where your architect left off. Your dedicated Project Manager will take charge of the building requirements, ensuring that all details are managed and that you are involved as much, or as little, as you choose.
Listed Buildings
We are experienced in delivering home extensions for listed buildings and properties with preservation orders or other similar protections. We have huge experience of retaining the distinctive look and feel of a period house, whilst extending it to work for you and your lifestyle.
